Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen pegawai sebagai variabel intervening pada pegawai kecamatan se-Kabupaten Bondowoso. Jumlah sampel Penelitian ini adalah 115 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan WarpPLS 6.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen pegawai, (2) kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen pegawai sebagai variable intervening. Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja, komitmen pegawai dan kinerja pegawai ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance through employee commitment as an intervening variable in sub-district employees throughout Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 115 using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 6.0. The results of data analysis show that (1) transformational leadership, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee commitment, (2) transformational leadership, work motivation, work environment and employee commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, (3) transformational leadership, work motivation and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance through employee commitment as an intervening variable.
