Abstract

This study aims to determine the social and financial performance of microfinance institution (MFI). Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyse MFI’s financial report in 2012-2014. The study shows financial performance proxied by OEA, CPB and ROA have different trends with MFI’s social performance proxied by GLP and NOFB. OEA, CPB and ROA tend increased in the last three years but the GLP and NOFB
experienced a sharp decline
