Abstract

ABSTRACT
The Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Sido Makmur was founded in 2018, which was motivated by the meeting of community leaders in the village of Sidodadi in a village meeting (MUSDES) which saw that the village's financial condition originating from Village Original Income (PAD) was very minimal and seeing the very good potential of the village, so there was an agreement to provide a forum that was able to manage assets, services, and other businesses under the name BUMDes Sido prosperous. in 2017 with the existence of Law No.6 of 2014 concerning Villages, providing a legal umbrella for Bumdes as economic actors who manage village potential collectively to improve the welfare of village residents and based on Perda No.3 of 2017, Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) were established Sido makmur, Sidodadi with the aim of being a strategy to strengthen and drive the village economy so that it can improve the welfare of the community, Bumdes Sido Makmur Sidodadi has four business units including the Savings and Loans Financial Management Unit, the Granary Unit, the Department Store Unit (Convenience Store) and the Agro Tourism Unit. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, some of the data obtained will be considered to facilitate the merging of two or more variable data, then after the final result is obtained, it will be qualitative again. In this study, the data analysis tool used SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), especially to determine independent village management through the management of BUMDes Sido Makmur in Sidodadi Village. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out using interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the IE matrix shows that the BUMDes Sido Makmur Sidodadi is in the Growth quadrant. To achieve growth both in sales, assets, and profits or even get all three.
