Abstract

Latar Belakang : Jatuh merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi pada lansia, hal ini dapat terjadi karena dengan bertambahnya usia, fungsi organ tubuh pada lansia akan mengalami penurunan, baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. WHO menyatakan di Asia Tenggara jumlah populasi lansia sebesar 8% atau sekitar 142 juta jiwa, dan pada tahun 2050 diperkirakan populasi lansia akan meningkat 3 kali lipat dari tahun ini. Jatuh adalah keadaan yang tidak bisa diduga, dimana lansia terjatuh dan kosndisinya berada dibawah atau dilantai ada atau tanpa saksi (Koyabayashi, et.al, 2009) dalam (Suryani, 2018). Resiko jatuh pada lansia dipengaruhi 2 faktor yaitu faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Lansia dengan riwayat jatuh pada umumnya akan beresiko mengalami jatuh berulang dan menyebabkan fraktur, apabila lansia mengalami fraktur maka semua aktivitas yang lansia lakukan akan bergantung pada orang lain. Metode : Dalam melakukan penelitian penulis menggunakan proses pendekatan keperawatan yang terdiri dari pengkajian, analisis data, perumusan diagnosis, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan tindakan asuhan keperawatan selama 3 kaki kunjungan, masalah resiko jatuh pasien tidak teratasi, pasien tidak bisa jalan jika tidak menggunakan tongkat, pasien menggunakan tongkat kaki jenis walker segi 4, TUG 22 detik, pasien berjalan dengan pelan-pelan dan lambat. Kata kunci : resiko jatuh ABSTRACT Background: Falls are a problem that often occurs in the elderly, this can occur because with increasing age, the function of organs in the elderly will decrease, both physically and psychologically. WHO states that in Southeast Asia the elderly population is 8% or around 142 million people, and by 2050 it is estimated that the elderly population will increase 3 times from this year. A fall is an unpredictable situation, where the elderly fall and the condition is under or on the floor with or without witnesses (Koyabayashi, et.al, 2009) in (Suryani, 2018). The risk of falling in the elderly is influenced by 2 factors, namely intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The elderly with a history of falls will generally be at risk of experiencing repeated falls and causing fractures, if the elderly experience a fracture then all the activities that the elderly do will depend on other people. Methods: In conducting the research, the author uses a nursing approach process consisting of assessment, data analysis, formulation of a diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Results : After nursing care was carried out for 3 visits, the patient's risk of falling was not resolved, the patient could not walk if he did not use a cane, the patient used a quadrilateral walker, TUG 22 seconds, the patient walked slowly and slowly.
