Abstract

Sistem pada peramalan ini menggunakan 2 metode yaitu metode single moving average dan metode single exponential smoothing. Dalam metode peramalan ini dikerjakan melalui perhitungan dengan data yang sudah ada pada waktu sebelumnya, untuk memprediksi tingkat penjualan batu kapur dengan menggunakan metode Single Moving Average dan Single Exponential Smooting. Tingkat kesalahan peramalan metode Single Moving Average lebih baik lantaran memiliki nilai Mean Square Error (MSE) 1394,36 lebih kecil daripada metode Single Exponential Smoothing yang memiliki nilai Mean Square Error (MSE) 1575,82. Dari hasil ini maka Metode Single Moving Average lebih baik dari Single Exponential Smoothing. Kata Kunci : Peramalan, single moving average, metode single exponential smoothing, mean square error
