Abstract

Gangguan Persepsi Sensori merupakan keadaan dalam diri seseorang mengalami sebuah perubahan bentuk dan jumlah dari rangsangan yang datang dari luar maupun dari dalam dengan respon yang menurun atau dilebih-lebihkan terhadap rangsangan ini yang menimbulkan halusinasi. Dampak dari halusinasi pada klien yaitu perilaku yang tidak dapat mengendalikan diri-sendiri, beresiko dalam melakukan bunuh diri, serta dapat merusak lingkungan sekitarnya apabila tidak segera dilakukan penanganan. Tujuan penulis yaitu dapat melakukan Asuhan Keperawatan Jiwa dengan Masalah Gangguan Persepsi Sensori Halusinasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan proses asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, analisa data, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil yang didapatkan terdapat 3 diagnosis yaitu Gangguan Persepsi Sensori Halusinasi, Isolasi Sosial dan Defisit Perawatan Diri. Kesimpulannya yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan responden dalam mengatasi halusinasinya. Kata kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, Jiwa, Gangguan Persepsi Sensori, Halusinasi Impaired sensory perception is the state in which a person experiences a change in from and the amount of stimulation that comes from outside, inside, with a declining or exaggerated response to this stimuli that is causing hallucinations. The effects of hallucinations on client are in self-control behaviors, in risk of committing suicide, and in the immediate treatment of the environment. The author’s goal is to provide psychiatric care with the problem of impaired sensory perception hallucinations. The research method uses nursing care through research, data analysis, interventions, implementations and evaluation. The result has been three diagnoses of hallucinogenic perception disorders, social isolation and self-care deficits, his conclusion is to improve the capability of respondents in overcoming hallucinations.
