Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Masalah kesehatan adalah suatu masalah yang sangat kompleks, yang saling berkaitan dengan masalah-masalah lain diluar kesehatan itu sendiri. Demikian pula pemecahan masalah kesehatan masyarakat, tidak hanya dilihat dari segi kesehatan sendiri, melainkan harus dilihat pula dari seluruh segi yang ada pengaruhnya terhadap masalah sehat- sakit atau kesehatan tersebut. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan, baik kesehatan individu maupun masyarakat. Status kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh empat faktor yaitu lingkungan, perilaku, pelayanan kesehatan dan hereditas (Notoatmodjo, 2015). Anemia adalah istilah yang menunjukkan rendahnya jumlah sel darah merah da kadar hemoglogin dan bematokrit di bawah normal Anemia bukan merupakan penyakit melainkan merupakan pencerminan keadaan suatu penyakit atau Secara fisiologis, anemia teriadi apabila terdapat kekurangan jumlah hemoglobin untuk mengangkut oksigen ke jaringan (Brunner & Suddarth, 2014) Metode : Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif type study kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan yang meliputi : pengkajian data, diagnose keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan dalam penyusunan karya tulis ini adalah : Hasil : Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 2x24 jam, hasil evaluasi dari ke-1 masalah keperawatan tersebut sebagian sudah sesuai dengan kriteria hasil masing- masing masalah keperawatan. Kesimpulan : Pusing berkurang, akral teraba hangat, mukosa bibir lembab, turgor kulit membaik, capiler refil time membaik, nafsu makan meningkat. Kata kunci : Anemia. ABSTRACT Health problem is a very complex problem, which is interrelated with other problems outside of health itself. Likewise, solving public health problems is not only seen in terms of health itself, but must also be seen from all aspects that have an influence on the health-illness or health problem. Many factors affect health, both individual and community health. Health status is influenced by four factors, namely environment, behavior, health services and heredity (Notoatmodjo, 2007). Anemia is a term that indicates a low number of red blood cells and levels of hemoglobin and bematocrit below normal. Anemia is not a disease but a reflection of the state of a disease or Physiologically, anemia occurs when there is a lack of hemoglobin to transport oxygen to the tissues (Brunner & Suddarth, 2014 ) Methods : In conducting this research, the author uses a descriptive method of case study type using a nursing process approach which includes: data assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care implementation. Results : After 2x24 hours of nursing action, the evaluation results of the 1st nursing problems were partly in accordance with the criteria for the results of each nursing problem Conclusion : Dizziness is reduced, akral feels warm, lip mucosa is moist, skin turgor improves, capillary refill time improves, appetite increases.
