Abstract

Pantai Banongan adalah salah satu pantai yang ada di Kabupaten Situbondo. Pantai ini terletak di kecamatan Asembagus kabupaten ,Situbondo, Jawa Timur, di sana pernah di jadikan pelatihan militer dan karna itu perlunya alur pelayaran dan kolam pelabuhan dalam hal ini di perlukan Pelabuhan Militer. Bedasarkan analisa data teknik kepantaian di dapatkan di mensi dermaga yang juga di rencanakan dengan ukuran 50 meter dengan bobot 12000 DWT dengan panjang total 140,5 meter tipe Tanker BCM kapal... faktor yang mempengaruhi perencanaan alur pelayaran dan kolam pelabuhan yaitu pasang surut kecepatan angin dan gelombang. Dimana hasul perhitungan data pasang surut HWL +2,92 meter, MSL + 2,06 meter, LWL +0,86 meter, MHWL + -3,52 meter, MLWL + 2,49 meter preode 1 tahun dan data angin yang sudah di olah menghasilkan arah angin dominan arah tenggara dengan kecepatan 4 knot = 2,056 m/dt data gelombang yang sudah di olah menghasilkan tinggi 1,4 meter dan preiode gelombang 7 detik. Dari analisa kontruksi dapat di ambil kesimpulan untuk alur pelayaran kedalaman alur dengan Loa 140,5 meter adalah 132,22 meter , kedalaman air total mencapai 12,554 meter dengan lebar alur pelayaran tipe Alur dua jalur 92,16 meter untuk pelebaran segi alur lurus 38,4 meter dan alur belok 76,8 Meter. Kata kunci : Alu pelayaran, Bathimetri, Kolam pelabuhan, Perencanaan. Abstract Banongan Beach is one of the beaches in Situbondo Regency. This beach is located in the Asembagus sub-district, Situbondo district, East Java, where it was once used as military training and because of that the need for shipping lanes and port pools in this case requires a Military Port. Based on the analysis of coastal engineering data, obtained at the jetty which is also planned with a size of 50 meters with a weight of 12000 DWT with a total length of 140.5 meters tanker type BCM ship... the factors that affect the planning of shipping lanes and port pools are tidal wind speed and waves. Where the results of the calculation of tidal data are HWL +2.92 meters, MSL + 2.06 meters, LWL +0.86 meters, MHWL + -3.52 meters, MLWL + 2.49 meters for 1 year preode and wind data that has been recorded. The processing results in the dominant wind direction from the southeast with a speed of 4 knots = 2,056 m/s. The processed wave data produces a height of 1.4 meters and a wave period of 7 seconds. From the construction analysis, it can be concluded that for the shipping channel the depth of the channel with a Loa of 140.5 meters is 132.22 meters, the total water depth reaches 12,554 meters with the width of the two-lane channel type 92.16 meters for the widening of the straight channel aspect of 38.4 meters and 76.8 meters turning groove.
