Abstract
This research aims to determine which media are suitable for the growth of the fungus Trichoderma sp. The study is based on the pattern of a complete randomized block design (CRD), which consists of six treatments and each treatment was repeated four times. The treatment is attempted is the Media bran (M1), corn rice media (M2), medium chaff (M3), maize + rice bran media (M4), husk + bran media (M5), and maize + rice husk medium (M6). Parameters observed in this research is the number of conidia, microscopic observations, and macroscopic observation. The results showed that Trichoderma sp. proved to be grown on all treatments and not significantly different. corn rice media has an average number of 5 x 107 conidia. On microscopic observations were Trichoderma sp. have green conidia are round and transparent, has hyphae, smooth-walled, and highly branched. Conidiophores arising from the direction perpendicular to the low and the branches will come out the other branches. Shaped like the bud of the branch on which it is contained conidia. Based on the observation that the propagation medium color changes at 4 and 7 pid. Media turned a greenish color due to overgrown fungal antagonist Trichoderma sp. At 4 ppd fungi grow on the surface of the media, so the media seem to change color to green and 5 ppd mushrooms have started to spread down. At 7 pid media verdant look for Trichoderma sp. had grown
