Abstract
Sporopitic self-incompatible is a fertilization inhibitor in process of Arumanis mangoes fruit forming. Reduction on fertilization inhibitor can be done by chemical application as pollen fertilizer that has an affect on a stigma receptivity. The aim of this experiment was to study the best SADH (Succinic Acid-2, 2-Dimethyl Hydrazide) content that compatible with certain cultivar of mangoes in order to that resistant on absicic symptom of mangoes fruit. This experiment was conducted in Rajasa Arumanis Ltd, Alasmalang village, Asembagus district of Situbondo, East Java from 30th of June 2012 until 15th of Nopember 2012, in two step, it morphological study and pollen respond by SADH application, and second one, was a SADH effectivity on a forming of mangoes fruit. The design in 3x5 factorial with three replication. The first factor was a cultivar of mangoes, that consists of three levels of Manalagi, Golek, and Arumanis. And the second one was a content of SADH that consist of five levels of 0 ppm, 500 ppm, 1.000 ppm, 1.500 ppm, and 2.000 ppm. The result of this experiment showed that treatment of SADH content 0-2.000 ppm was not able to stabilize the fruit of all mangoes cultivars on both mustrard stage and pea stage but is was significantly influenced of fully developed stage, in that was more than 1.000 ppm, although that was not regular and it was still influenced by their cultivars
