Abstract

Task Commitment merupakan suatu bentuk motivasi yang dapat membangkitkan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai macam rintangan tugas dengan dorongan yang kuat dan ulet dalam suatu tujuan akan dicapai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran task commitment siswa dimasa pandemi pada SMPN 3 Besuki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskritif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil oleh penelitian ini sebanyak 186 siswa dengan jumlah responden sebanyak responden 100 perempuan dan 86 responden laki-laki. Responden tersebut dari usia 12 tahun sampai usia 15 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala task commitment sebanyak 36 item. Metode analisa data menggunakan aplikasi SPPS for Windows Versi 21 dan bantuan Ms. Excel 2010. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat digambarkan bahwa 45% (42 siswa) memiliki task commitment tinggi dan 50% (43 siswa) memiliki task commitment rendah. Maka hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa siswa kurang memiliki task commitment yang tinggi.
