Abstract
Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas layanan jasa terhadap kepuasan nasabah di BMT Sidogiri Unit Glenmore. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas layanan jasa terhadap kepuasan nasabah di BMT Sidogiri Unit Glenmore. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel 95 orang responden. Hasil uji kecocokan yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kehandalan, Daya tanggap, Jaminan, Empati dan Bukti Fisik mampu menjelaskan variasi yang terjadi pada kepuasan nasabah di BMT Sidogiri Unit Glenmore Masing-masing variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan nasabah di BMT Sidogiri Unit Glenmore.
