Abstract

Produk herbal merupakan minuman herbal tradisional berbahan alami warisan budaya yang telah diwariskan secara turun- temurun dari generasi ke generasi untuk kesehatan dan pengobatan. Pengobatan tradisional adalah metode pengobatan yang digunakan dalam berbagai masyarakat sejak jaman dahulu yang diturunkan dan dikembangkan secara bertahap dari generasi kegenarasi berdasarkan tingkat pemahaman manusia terhadap pengetahuan dari masa ke masa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey lokasi penelitian, memilih informan menggunakan metode snowball sampling, melakukan wawancara dengan informan, mengidentifikasi produk herbal , kemudian mencatat dan mendeskripskan produk herbal. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi produk herbal berdasarkan instrumen wawancara yang digunakan. Pengajuan kesahihan data menggunkan teknik triangulasi sumber. Produk herbal yang diproduksi di Kampoeng Herbal Jember terdapat dua jenis minuman herbal, yaitu yaitu minuman herbal atau minuman sehat instan terdiri dari instan jahe, instan kunyit, instan lidah buaya, corina, instan temulawak, instan beras kencur, dan instan kunci sirih. Untuk jenis kelompok produk herbal yang kedua yaitu minuman berbasis jamu dalam bentuk serbuk terdiri dari asam urat, jantung, ambeien, liver, kencing manis, batu empedu, teh daun kelor. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar berupa Buku Ensiklopedia. Hasil uji validasi yang telah dilakukan oleh validator yaitu ahli media 93 %, ahli materi 75% dan responden Guru Biologi 85, 7 %, sehingga dikategorikan layak untuk digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. Herbal products are traditional herbal drinks made from natural cultural heritage that have been passed down from generation to generation for health and treatment. Traditional medicine is a treatment method used in various societies since time immemorial which is passed down and developed gradually from generation to generation based on the level of human understanding of knowledge from time to time. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through research site surveys, selecting informants using the snowball sampling method, conducting interviews with informants, identifying herbal products, then recording and describing herbal products. Data analysis was carried out by identifying herbal products based on the interview instruments used. Submission of data validity using source triangulation techniques. There are two types of herbal drinks produced in Kampoeng Herbal Jember, namely herbal drinks or instant healthy drinks consisting of instant ginger, instant turmeric, instant aloe vera, corina, instant temulawak, instant rice kencur, and instant betel lock. For the second type of herbal product group, herbal-based drinks in powder form consisting of uric acid, heart, hemorrhoids, liver, diabetes, gallstones, and Moringa leaf tea. The results of this study can be used as a learning resource in the form of an Encyclopedia Book.The results of the validation tests that have been carried out by the validator are 93% media experts, 75% material experts and 85.7% Biology teacher respondents, so that they are categorized as feasible to be used as learning resource
