Abstract
ABSTRACT This study, entitled "Effects of Job Satisfaction and Employee Discipline Against Organizational Commitment (Case Study at University of Muhammadiyah Jember)". This study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline of employees on organizational commitment at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember. The population in this study were all employees at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember which amounted to 140 people, find were the methods applied are proportionate random sampling method, employees of the sample in this study amounted to 100 employees. Variables used as many as 3 variables. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results of the study: 1) Indicates that the job satisfaction variables significantly influence organizational commitment at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember with positive direction .; 2) Discipline significantly influence employee commitment to the organization at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember with a positive direction.
