Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate, compensation, and job satisfaction on the turnover intention at the Lumajang Muhammadiyah Education Institute. The population of this study was all teachers and employees of SMA and SMK Muhammadiyah Lumajang who were sampled totaling 137 people. Validity and reliability tests were used to test the measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is SEM PLS. The results showed that organizational climate, compensation, and job satisfaction
