Abstract

Malang POLTEKES building construction project as research material which in planning the construction of this building uses concrete construction and for the review the author reviews the construction of this building into steel construction.. Dead load DL = 164 kg/m2, live load LL = 250 kg/m2, support beam 300 x 600, field beam 300 x 600, concrete blanket 50 mm, foundation reaction value 350 kN, capacity value Mu is Mu = 7, 5 tm. Column K30, when the condition of the foundation reaction value is 135 kN, the capacity value of Mu is Mu = 1.9 t-m. Steel grade, fy 240 Mpa buckling coefficient, k 0.7, axial force, Nu 350 kN, moment force Mu 75 kN-m, column length 4m, column action 0.306 < 0.2, check strength against moment magnification Nu/ɸNn + 8/9 (Mux/ɸMnx = 0.9 < 1.0. The foundation reaction for all point no values is smaller when the concrete structure is replaced with a steel structure. The average decrease in the foundation reaction value is 31 percent. This deviation decrease is caused by reaction due to dead load, self-weight of the structure. Keywords: Data analysis, structure, beam, column, foundation
