Abstract

ARTIKEL INFO ABSTRAK Article History: SM at 22-11-2021 RV at 10-01-2022 PB at 14-01-2022 Kata Kunci: Educational Games Creativity and Talent Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Korespondensi Penulis: yeni@unmuhjember.ac.id Background: : Educational games are games that are able to stimulate and train children's brain development and stimulate children's thinking creativity, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) requires support in optimal development in creativity and talent. Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify the relationship of educational play with creativity and talent in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at SLB-C Bintoro Jember. Design: This type of research is cross sectional research. Data Sources: The data was taken by giving questionnaires to 30 respondents selected using the total sampling technique. This research was conducted at SLB-C Bintoro Jember Regency in April 2021 The analysis used is the Rho spearman test. Results: Based on the analysis of data obtained by 28 respondents (93.3%) included in the category of optimal educational games, as many as 27 respondents (90.0%) fall into the category of creativity and optimal talent. Spearman Rho test results found that ρ value = 0.001 < 0.05. Conclusions: This research is recommended to parents to be more supportive in children's educational games so that creativity and talent in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) become optimal.
