Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work environment, work motivation and career planning on employee performance at the Jember Regency Environmental Service. The population in this study were all employees at the Jember Regency Environmental Service, totaling 83 employees. The total population of 83 employees is used as a sample in this study with the saturated sampling method. To test the measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire used to test the validity and reliability of the data. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 6.0. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it shows that employee competence, work environment, work motivation and career planning have a significant effect on employee performance at the Jember Regency Environmental Service.
