Abstract

ABSTRAK Jeruk merupakan komoditas yang banyak dijumpai dan dibudidayakan mulai dari dataran rendah hingga dataran tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan produktivitas usahatani jeruk siam (citrus nobilis) di antara strata luas lahan di Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (2) Untuk mengidentifikasi adanya perbedaan tingkat keuntungan usahatani jeruk siam (citrus nobilis) antar strata luas lahan di Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (3) Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor – faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi usahatani jeruk siam (citrus nobilis) di Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan survey dengan lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive) yaitu di Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan proportioned random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara petani. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat perbedaan tingkat produktivias usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangoreho antara petani berlahan luas dengan petani berlahan sempit dan signifikan secara statistik pada taraf kepecayaan 99%, dimana produktivitas lahan luas sebesar 35.448 kg/ha, sedangkan produktivitas lahan sempit sebesar 33.094 kg/ha dengan perbedaan rata-rata produktivitas diantara kedua strata luas tersebut sebesar 2.353 kg/ha. (2) Terdapat perbedaan tingkat keuntungan usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangorejo antara petani berlahan luas dengan petani berlahan sempit dan signifikan secara statistik pada taraf kepercayaan 99%, dimana keuntungan usahatani berlahan luas sebesar Rp 280.208.146, lebih tinggi dibandigkan dengan keuntungan lahan sempit sebesar Rp 261.572.267. (3) Faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi adalah luas lahan, sedangkan faktor-fakor lainnya seperti umur tanaman, tenaga kerja, urea, NPK, ponska dan pupuk lain berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap produksi usahatani jeruk siam di Kecamatan Bangorejo. Kata kunci : Jeruk Siam, Produktivitas, Keuntungan, Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi. ABSTRACT Citrus is a commodity that is often found and cultivated from the lowlands to the highlands. The objectives of this study were : (1) to identify differences in the productivity of Siamese citrus (citrus nobilis) farming between strata of land area in the Bangorejo sub-district, Banyuwangi district, (2) To identify differences in the level of profitability of Siamese orange (Citrus nobilis) farming between strata of land area in Bangorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency, (3) To identify the factors that influence the production of Siamese orange (Citrus nobilis) farming in Bangorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses a descriptive method and survey approach with research locations chosen deliberately (purposive) namely in Bangorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency. Sampling was done by proportioned random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing farmers. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) There is a difference in the level of productivity of Siamese orange farming in Bangorejo District between farmers with large land and narrow land farmers and is statistically significant at the 99% confidence level, where the productivity of large land is 35,448 kg/ha, while the productivity of narrow land is 33,094 kg/ha with an average difference The average productivity between the two broad strata is 2,353 kg/ha. (2) There is a difference in the profit level of Siamese orange farming in Bangorejo District between farmers with large land and narrow land and statistically significant at the 99% confidence level, where the profit of farming with large land is Rp. 280,208,146, higher than the profit for narrow land of Rp. 261,572. 267. (3) The factor that has a significant effect on production is land area, while other factors such as plant age, labor, urea, NPK, ponska, and other fertilizers have no significant effect on the production of Siamese orange farming in Bangorejo District.
