Abstract

The Banyuwangi Regency government's work program, especially in the field of community economic empowerment as contained in the smart village program, is the concept of community empowerment through the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), facilitation of business development, and entrepreneurship training. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of the Smart Kampung Program in the field of community economic empowerment in Tegaldlimo Village, Tegaldlimo District, Banyuwangi Regency and provide an overview of how the impact of the program is in Tegaldlimo Village. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of this study are that the smart village program in the field of economic empowerment in Tegaldlimo Village has been well realized. Community empowerment through MSME development has also succeeded in increasing the economy of the Tegaldlimo village community. However, community economic empowerment, especially pottery SMEs, has not been evenly distributed. This is due to the lack of village government surveys of people who are elderly and still working. Therefore, the village government is trying to be more thorough in the distribution of programs so that they are implemented properly
