Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa melalui strategi Everyone Is A Teacher Here. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Metode Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil belajar kognitif siswa mengalami peningkatan. Hasil belajar kognitif pada siklus I sebesar 56% dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 25,8% menjadi 81,8%. Demikian dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa mengalami peningkatan melalui strategi Everyone Is A Teacher Here.
