Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Selff Efficacy dan Entrepreneur Mindset terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha. Dengan objek penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha dalam bidang industri kreatif di kabupaten jember. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket dengan jumlah sampel 65 responden yang diambil secara Purposive Sampling. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Keberhasilan Usaha (Y) sebagai variabel dependent, dan variabel independentnya Selff Efficacy (X1) Entrepreneur Mindset (X2). Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 22 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa variabel Self Efficacy berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha. Kemudian Entrepreneur Mindset berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha, serta didapatkan hasil analisis Self Efficacy dan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha.
