This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the
Adminduk Task Force Policy in improving administrative services in Lojejer
Village, Jember Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with a
descriptive approach. The collection data was carried out by observation,
interview and documentation techniques.
The Lojejer Village Government seeks a population administration service
to provide solutions to all population administration problems that are
complained about by the community by creating a population administration
service with the concept of picking up the ball through the Adminduk Task
Force stipulated in the "Decree of the Lojejer Village Head Number:
141/10/35.09.11.01/2021 concerning the Lojejer Village Adminduk Coordinator
and Task Force" on April 5 2021. The main task of the Adminduk Task Force is
to provide administrative services to occupation by visiting people's residences
directly.
Based on the results of research on the implementation of the Adminduk
Task Force policy in improving services in Lojejer Village with four variables
including communication, resources, disposition, and organizational structure
going well, but socialization regarding the Adminduk Task Force is needed so
that the community is able to understand matters relating to administrative
services.
