Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the competitive advantage factors of Islamic banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The approach used is the Systematic Literature Review in journals that have been published since 2016 to 2020. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that based on the results of the analysis of the Systematic Literature Review or called SLR, the factors most studied by researchers are Factors from the marketing mix and HR factors. The most widely used data collection technique is using quantitative methods. Where for the problems or issues that occur, namely the existence of tight competition between competitors in the banking industry, especially Islamic banks with conventional banks and with other Islamic banks, so it requires a strategy to have a competitive advantage so that it exists in providing sharia-based banking services.
