Abstract

Along with a speedy population growth in the region , requests for dwelling also increases. On the other side, the number of empty land dwindling because used to a housing development. Over the function of farmland being rife because of a lack of space that can be used for housing. Over the function of land can change the face of the land. As a result changing the form of face of the land, discharge flood will increase which might caused flooding in housing. To tackle flooding in housing complex , can be used a type of drainage bio-pore hole. Bio-pore hole are considered to be more effective for use in housing in appeals by the absorption wells and channel drainage conventional. Perumahan Permata Indah Jember need 17045 bio pore hole to overcome discharge flooding in housing and the cost of of rp.91.956.000,-
