Abstract

Latihan lompat gawang sangat di perlukan dalam cabang olahraga bola voli, yaitu apabila memiliki Power tungkai yang baik di harapkan dapat melakukan jumping pada saat penyerangan (smash), pertahanan (block), ataupun servis dengan baik. Gerakan Squat termasuk salah satu gerakan weight training, yaitu latihan dengan menggunakan beban luar. Power tungkai pada bola voli berguna saat pemain akan melakukan loncatan smash dan blok, penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan fisik lompat gawang terhadap Power Otot Tungkai pada club bola voli MVC. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Squat barbel terhadap Power Otot Tungkai pada club bola voli MVC. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan latihan fisik lompat gawang dan Squat barbel terhadap Power Otot Tungkai pada club bola voli MVC. Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen sebagai desainnya. Anggota voli club MVC yang berjumlah 20 pemain yang dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua kali yaitu pretest dan postest. Latihan lompat gawang dan barbell squat adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Ada pengaruh latihan fisik lompat gawang terhadap Power Otot Tungkai pada club bola voli MVC dengan t hitung6,937 > t tabel 2,262, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 14,70. Ada pengaruh Squat barbel terhadap Power Otot Tungkai pada club bola voli MVC, dengan t hitung 10,420 > t tabel 2,262, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 16,60. Ada perbedaan latihan fisik lompat gawang dan Squat barbel terhadap Power Otot Tungkai pada club bola voli MVC, dengan selisih rata-rata posttest sebesar 6,2 cm.xvi ABSTRACT Rizaldi Krisna Hari. 2024. Goal jumping training is very necessary in the sport of volleyball, that is, if you have good leg strength, you are expected to be able to jump during attack (smash), defense (block) or serve well. The squat movement is one of the weight training movements, namely training using external weights. Leg power in volleyball is useful when players are going to make smash and block jumps. This research aims to determine the effect of physical practice in goal jumping on leg muscle power at the MVC volleyball club. To determine the effect of barbell squats on leg muscle power at the MVC volleyball club. To find out the difference between hurdle jumping and barbell squatting physical training on leg muscle power at the MVC volleyball club. This research uses experimentation as its design. The 20 MVC volleyball club members were used as research subjects. Researchers use this type of experimental research. This research was carried out twice, namely pretest and posttest. Hurdle jumping and barbell squat exercises are the methods used to collect data. There is an effect of physical training on goal jumping on Leg Muscle Power at the MVC volleyball club with t count 6.937 > t table 2.262, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and an average increase of 14.70. There is an influence of barbell squats on leg muscle power in the MVC volleyball club, with t count 10.420 > t table 2.262, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and an average increase of 16.60. There is a difference in the physical training of hurdle jumps and barbell squats on Leg Muscle Power at the MVC volleyball club, with an average posttest difference of 6.2 cm.
