Abstract

Perencanaan struktur kompleks perumahan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan ketentuan SNI 1726:2019 tentang ketahanan gempa. Bangunan dirancang menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dengan kategori desain gempa D, dengan mempertimbangkan fungsi bangunan sebagai hunian massa dan lokasinya di daerah rawan gempa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan perencanaan elemen struktur horizontal (balok dan pelat), vertikal (kolom), dan mengevaluasi perilaku simpangan antar lantai dan stabilitas struktur. Data teknis bangunan meliputi struktur beton bertulang tiga lantai dengan mutu beton f'c = 25 MPa dan tulangan fy = 400 MPa. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan perhitungan manual dan pemodelan struktur dengan memperhitungkan beban mati, beban hidup, dan beban gempa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tebal pelat minimal yang digunakan sebesar 12 cm telah memenuhi persyaratan kekakuan terhadap lendutan. Desain tulangan pelat dan balok mengikuti ketentuan SNI 2847:2019, dan hasil evaluasi simpangan antar lantai menunjukkan nilai aman terhadap batas simpangan yang diizinkan. Desain struktur secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa sistem SRPMK tanpa dinding geser dapat digunakan secara efisien dan aman untuk bangunan apartemen tiga lantai ini. Kata kunci: SRPMK, struktur tahan gempa, bangunan apartemen, simpangan antar lantai, desain struktur The structural design of the Muhammadiyah University of Lamongan student housing complex was carried out by considering the provisions of SNI 1726:2019 concerning earthquake resistance. The building was designed using a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) with seismic design category D, considering the building's function as a mass residence and its location in an earthquake-prone area. This study aims to obtain the design of horizontal (beams and slabs), vertical (columns) structural elements, and evaluate the behavior of inter-story drift and structural stability. The building's technical data includes a three-story reinforced concrete structure with concrete quality f'c = 25 MPa and reinforcement fy = 400 MPa. The analysis was carried out using a manual calculation approach and structural modeling by taking into account dead, live, and earthquake loads. The study results show that the minimum slab thickness used of 12 cm has met the stiffness requirements against deflection. The design of the slab and beam reinforcement follows the provisions of SNI 2847:2019, and the results of the inter-story drift evaluation show safe values with respect to the permissible drift limits. The overall structural design demonstrates that the SRPMK system without shear walls can be used efficiently and safely for this three-story apartment building.
