Abstract

The condition of patient services in dr. M. Suherman’s clinic still make some of the patient feel unstatisfied with the service system, for example, when they want to registerin order to get treatment there, they still have to come to th clinic directly ,the registration registration can not be done by online, the information of doctor's practice schedule can not be accessed easily, and there is no the media to inform the service complains provided If that problem do not immediately handled, there will be possibility to cause the patient change the health service in other clinic and will affect the amount of profit decline that the clinic gets. That’s why we need to make an information system of patient service that are able to solve every problem above that apply the concept of Customer Relationship Management so patients remain loyal to dr. M. Suherman clinic. In order to know the patient statisfaction level of the information system of patient service, it needs to do analysis using Importance Performance Analysis method (IPA). IPA is used to determine the information about service factors according to the consumers affect satisfaction and loyalty, and service factor according to them that need to improve due to the unstatisfaction. So it can be used as material consideration and development of the next information system application of patient service. Based on calculation using Importance Performance Analysis method, it gets 78.62% for total level compability for patient service information system. It can be concluded that 78.62% of overall quality performance of patient services system are in the category "Satisfied".
