Abstract

The condition of patient services in dr. M. Suherman’s clinic still make some of the patient feel unstatisfied with the service system, for example, when they want to registerin order to get treatment there, they still have to come to th clinic directly ,the registration registration can not be done by online, the information of doctor's practice schedule can not be accessed easily, and there is no the media to inform the service complains provided If that problem do not immediately handled, there will be possibility to cause the patient change the health service in other clinic and will affect the amount of profit decline that the clinic gets.
