Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh informasi investasi, kondisi adverse selection dan job rotation pada eskalasi komitmen (Quasi eksperimen pada mahasiswa Program Studi Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan Quasi eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 76 responden dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen faktorial 2x2 beetwen subject. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah One way ANOVA. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Informasi investasi (X1), kondisi Adverse selection dan job rotation (X2) berpengaruh pada eskalasi komitmen (Y). Kata kunci: Informasi investasi, kondisi adverse selection, job rotation, eskalasi komitmen This study aims to analyze the effect of investment information, adverse selection conditions and job rotation on the escalation of commitment (Quasi Experiment on accounting students of the faculty of economics, University of Muhammadiyah Jember). In this study using questionnaire with a quasiexperimental. Sample using a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 76 respondents using a 2x2 between subject factorial experimental design. The analitytical method used is one way ANOVA. The results of this study indicate that investment information, adverse selection condition and job rotation affect the commitment escalation.
