Abstract

Peran tenaga penjualan sangat penting dalam pemasaran perusahaan, mengelola tenaga penjualan merupakan keniscayaan, karena kinerja tenaga penjualan akan berdampak langsung pada kinerja perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji pengaruh faktor orientasi pelanggan, kompetensi tenaga penjualan dan kerja cerdas terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan. Responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga penjualan (detailer) perusahaan smartphone yang melakukan penjualan prdouknya di area pemasaran jember, berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari populasi itu dengan menggunakan rumus slovin . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Kata Kunci: kompetensi tenaga penjualan, orientasi pelanggan, pola bekerja cerdas. The role of the sales force is very important in company marketing, managing the sales force is a necessity, because the performance of the sales force will have a direct impact on the company's performance. This research will examine the influence of customer orientation, sales force competence and smart work on sales force performance. Respondents taken in this study were salespeople (detailers) of smartphone companies who sold their products in the marketing area of Jember, totaling 67 people. The sampling technique in this study was taken from the population using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.
