Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how to use Head and Soulders Behind the Scene television television advertisements for men. Behind the Scene are imperfect videos that will definitely be cut and not shown at the end of the video. This type of research is descriptive with data analysis techniques descriptive data analysis techniques and cross tabulation (crosstab). Data that can be obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires is published using models and analytical tools in accordance with indicators concerning messages of awareness, understanding, interests, intentions and actions in the Customer Response Index (CRI). Next, crosstab is used to see the relationship and explain the data findings. The effectiveness of the Behind the Screen advertising model provided by the Head and Mold shampoo company has an added value to the average consumer's expectations. The results of the CRI at each stage of the response in this study, showed all values of the response rate at 100%. It can be concluded that the Behind the Scenes Model has a positive effect, namely gaining consumer awareness so that it is very interested in making a purchase.
