Abstract

This study examines the effects of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, investment
decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on firm value. This study aims to analyze the effect
of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, investment decisions, funding decisions, and
dividend policy on firm value. The population in this study was conducted in manufacturing companies
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018, where the number of companies listed on
the IDX was 144 companies and the final sample was 15 companies. Data collection techniques using
descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis
testing. The results show: 1) Managerial ownership influences company value; 2) Institutional
ownership has no effect on company value; 3) Investment decisions affect the value of the company;
4) Funding decisions affect the value of the company; 5) Dividend policy affects the value of the
company; and 6) Managerial ownership, institutional ownership, investment decisions, funding
decisions, and dividend policies simultaneously affect the value of the company.
