Abstract

Nyeri sendi adalah suatu peradangan sendi yang di tandai dengan pembekakan gerak. Nyeri sendi ini merupakan yang dirasakan lansia dimana pemicu salah satunya yaitu dari makanan yang di konsumsi setiap harinya. Oleh karena itu pola makan lansia sebaiknya dimulai dengan mengadakan perubahan makanan yang kita pilih, juga mengurangi makanan seperti kacang-kacangan, santen kelapa, sayur seperti kangkung dan bayam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan dengan nyeri sendi pada lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Andongsari Ambulu Jember. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian non-eksperimental menggunakan desain penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan studi cross sectional dan pengambilan teknik sampling menggunakan purpose sampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lansia usia ≥45 tahun dan berdomisili di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Andongsari Ambulu Jember sejumlah 61 responden dengan sampel 53 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada pola makan adalah kuisioner dan kejadian nyeri sendi menggunakan kuisioner Numeric Pain Rasio Rating Scale. Hasil dari analisis statistik menggunakan uji sperman rho diperoleh nilai P value= 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya ada hubungan antara pola makan dengan nyeri sendi pada lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Andongsari Ambulu Jember. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa lansia yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Andongsari Ambulu Jember kurangnya menjaga pola makan sehingga menyebabkan nyeri sendi. Kata kunci: Lansia, Pola Makan, Nyeri Sendi. Arthritis is an inflammation of the joint that is marked by the movement of the swelling. This arthritis is felt by the elders where the trigger one of which is from the food consumed every day. Therefore, the elders diet should begin by making changes to the foods we choose, also reducing foods such as beans, coconut milk, vegetables such as spinach.The purpose of this study was to determine the relation of diet and arthritis on the elders at Puskesmas Andongsari Ambulu . This kind of research is non-experimental research using correlation research design with cross sectional study approach and sampling technique using purpose sampling. The population of this study are the elders aged ≥45 years and domiciled in the Work Area of Puskesmas Andongsari Ambulu Jember with a total of 61 respondents with a sample of 53 respondents. Data collection tools used questionnaires and arthritis events using the Numeric Pain Ratio Rating Scale. The results of statistical analysis using the Sperman rho test obtained P value = 0,000 <0.05, means that there is a relation between the diet and arthritis on the elders in the Work Area of Puskesmas Andongsari Ambulu Jember . So it can be concluded that the elderls in the working area of puskesmas Andongsari Ambulu Jember lack of maintaining diet caused by arthritis. Keywords: Elders, Diet, Arthritis.
