Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impacts of work motivation, work environment, and competence on the performance of the administration staff of Dr. Soebandi hospital Jember. This research was conducted to all employees of the hospital administration section totaling 226 people. This is a quantitative research. The research used data analysis techniques using structural equation modeling with PLS Warp software that tests the outer model (validity and reliability test) and inner model test (model fit test and path analysis test). The results showed is a positive and significant influence of work motivation variables on employee performance, a positive and significant influence of work environment variables on employee performance, and no positive and significant influence on the competency variable on employee performance.
