Abstract
Adolescent problem is a problem that needs to be considered in national development. Adolescent problems occur, because they are not prepared on the knowledge of aspects related to the transition from childhood to adulthood. One of the problems faced by today's youth about adolescent health is especially related to reproductive health. Pesantren as a model of faith-based education in Indonesia also have a big influence to always get access to information related to reproductive health. The purpose of this study is to identify the needs of reproductive health for young women in traditional pesantran, formulating the form of cooperation with the manager pesantran for healthy reproductive teaching and formulate the learning model that corresponds to grow flowers santriwati. This study used a descriptive analytic method with samples taken by purposive sampling in Pondok Pesantren Darul Sa'adah the number of 30 santriwati. To strengthen the results, the researchers also obtained data on the management school and community leaders. The results of this study showed that 65% of santriwati have never received information on reproductive health and female organs. Through the kitab kuning that they learned only the understanding of the female organs according to Islamic law. 80% of santriwati said embarrassed to learn because it is considered taboo, they were more than happy if telling her reproductive health issues with her friend. Other findings from the boarding manager says there is no special curriculum in a traditional pesantren. Understanding of reproductive health through the kitab kuning and studied morality lesson. These findings suggest that more needs to be developed about teaching reproductive health for young women in pesantren and help them minimize the impact of violations of reproductive health.
