Abstract
This study aims to analyze companies that are able to overcome liquidity risk and management of asset liabilities in Rural Banks (BPR) in Jember 2016, 2017 and 2018. This study uses a comparative descriptive approach, namely data analysis by describing or describing comparisons to connect with other variables . In this study, we will analyze the management of asset liabilities in rural banks in jember district. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely financial report data obtained from Bank Indonesia publications through the OJK website via the website https://ojk.go.id. Financial report data is needed for research on BPR in Kabupaten Jember from 2015 to 2018. This study will analyze several financial ratios related to liquidity risk and asset liability management. The results of BPR research in Jember Regency on index liquidity and LDR are that BPRs in Jember Regency can meet their index liquidity needs, namely funding their assets with their own assets without coming from long-term liabilities and LDR from BPRs showing that the average BPR Capacity of Jember can fulfill withdrawal of funds. from depositors by relying on loans given as a source of liquidity and not from third party funds owned by BPR.
