Abstract

From the obtained result of a study conducted on a bus that is necessary for the Department of Terminal Sritanjung – Situbondo at the normal time of 36 buses / day, holidays are 45 buses / day, and lebaran is 49 / day. Spesifications Sritanjung service on terminal, with the average passengers per day of 68 passengers, with Busy Hour 4 buses / hour, and Headway by 15 minutes. Spacious parking area trequired by the Sritanjung terminal based on the number of vehicles operating sufficient. Traffic generation from Pelindo III is the 1656 passengers, transported by public transportations / lin of 118 pieces, the flow of goods loading and unloading activities as much as 2182 tons / day trucked for 654 tons / day needed 33 trucks, the rest is transported by rail, while the number of trucks capable of transporting the fuel tank as much as 83 trucks. Traffic generation from Railway Station New Banyuwangi is normal during 1004 the number of passengers per day, leading to the ASDP (street) 603 people/day, the bus ride to the ASDP (to Bali) 151 people, up to the terminal lin Sritanjung 151 people and another 100 people. When the holiday the number of passengers per day in 1146, leading to the ASDP (street) 573 people/day, the bus ride to the ASDP (to Bali) 402 people, up to the terminal lin Sritanjung 115 people and the other 57 people, during Lebaran number 1711 passengers per day, leading to the ASDP (street) 514 people/day, the bus ride to the ASDP (to Bali) 428 people, up to the terminal lin Sritanjung 428 people and another 342 people. Then – hinterland traffic based on traffic counts average daily generation has are: Normal: 4518 torrent, a state of Eid: 4676 torrent, a state holiday, smp 4710, with roads LHR Ketapang – Banyuwangi. 10 919 smp So roads in the Hinterland is sufficient for the situation. Management hinterland transport in the area that is needed is revamping the layput of parking of vehicles, repair queuing systems, and policies relating to tariffs.
