In planning a building, particularly the multi-storey building should consider several criteria that mature from elements of strength, comfort, and economic aspects. Desired comfort requires a level of precision and high security in the calculation of its construction. Factors that often affect the strength of the construction is the live load, dead load, wind load and earthquake loads. State or condition of storied building site will influence the strength of the quake generated will affect the building itself. For economic factors alone placement of certain spaces need to be taken into account if the building can be used as a business opportunity. This study begins collecting data such as the results sonir building design blueprints and then is planned where the hall is located on the first floor, so bring long-span space with megtiadakan kilim middle of the hall so using a ribbed plate as a way to cope. The result of this study showed that the effect of the earthquake was the largest factor affecting the rift, and the final result of the output value of the aplicationthat is used is SAP 2000V14 shows the value of the force in each elementof the structure and k now the strong value of the load that can be carried by the structure of the building.
