Abstract
PT PLN (Persero) has a pre-set criteria in selecting employees (Honorary). However the screening of employees is currently ongoing is still manual so it takes a long time in selecting a new employee acceptance. Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) is a method of quantitative comparisons that usually combines the measurement of risk costs and a distinct advantage. Decision support systems election of candidates by using Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) successfully built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.
