Abstract

Abstrak UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH JEMBER PROGRAM STUDI S1 KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN Skripsi, Februari 2021 Yuli Eka Priyanti HUBUNGAN PERAN KADER POSBINDU dengan TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS ( DM ) dalam MENGIKUTI POSBINDU di DESA GRENDEN KECAMATAN PUGER KABUPATEN JEMBER ABSTRAK Pemantauan gula darah pada penderita DM dapat dilakukan salah satunya dengan carar ajin datang ke Pos pembinaan terpadu (Posbindu). Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan penderita DM untuk mengikuti Posbindu adalah peran kader posbindu itu sendiri. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui hubungan peran kader posbindu dengan tingkat kepatuhan pada pasien DM untuk mengikuti Posbindu. Desain Penelitian ini adalah penelitan kuantitatif dengan studi korelasional, populasi adalah seluruh peserta Posbindu yang menderita DM di Desa Grenden sebanyak 62 orang. Diambil secara total sampling dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan dari 62 responden mengatakan peran kader posbindu dengan kategori baik sejumlah 53 orang (85,4%), dan responden yang mengatakan kurang 9 orang ( 14,6%) yang memiliki tingkat kepatuhan dengan kategori tidak patuh 51 orang (82,3%), dan yang memiliki kategori baik 11 orang (17,7%).Data tersebut didukung uji statistik Chi square pada Fisher’s exact test didapatkan hasil p value 0,028 yang artinya H1 diterima yaitu ada hubungan antara peran kader posbindu dengan tingkat kepatuhan. Rekomendasi kepada penelitian selanjutnya agar memperhatikan faktor – faktor lain yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan. Target of this Research is to Know relation/link role of cadre of posbindu with compliance storey;level at DM patient to follow Posbindu. this Desain Research is quantitative elite with study of korelasional, population is entire/all participant of Posbindu which suffering DM in countryside of Grenden counted 62 people. Totally sampling by using scale of likert. Result of research got from 62 responder tell role of cadre of posbindu with good category a number of 53 people ( 85,4%), and responder telling less 9 people ( 14,6%) owning compliance storey;level with category is not obedient 51 people ( 82,3%), and owning good category 11 people ( 17,7%).Data the supported by statistical test of Square Chi at Fisher'S test exact got by result of value p 0,028 with the meaning H1 accepted by that is there is relation/link between role of cadre of posbindu with compliance storey;level.
