Abstract

ABSTRACT
Investors invest in companies with the aim of obtaining profits in the future. Valuation analysis of stock prices is the first step taken before investing. This decision can be seen and calculated from the company's annual financial report. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return On Asset, Debt To Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on stock prices in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Jakarta Islamic Index. Based on the results of calculations and analysis conducted, the Return on Assets has no significant effect on stock prices in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index, while the Debt To Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on stock prices listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index.
