Abstract

Sterilizer machine merupakan sebuah mesin yang dapat mensterilkan suatu benda yang bersifat logam seperti kaleng . Sehingga dapat menjaga kesterilan kaleng dari kuman dan bakteri. Kurangnya teknologi informasi menyebabkan sering terjadi kelebihan suhu pada saat proses setrilisasi. berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka perlu adanya prototipe optimalisasi suhu pada Autoclave berbasis Outseal Programmable Logic Control ( PLC ) Dengan Menggunakan Human Machine Interface ( HMI ) sebagai kontrol sistem. Sensor thermocouple kapasitif dan induktif untuk mendeteksi suhu. HMI sebagai monitoring ketika terjadi kelebihan suhu dan untuk menghentikan mesin ketika terjadi kerusakaan dengan menekan emergency stop. Hasil dari pembuatan alat didapatkan keberhasilan sensor suhu menggunakan Thermocouple 99.30% dan di dapatkan data dengan hasil dari pengujian optimilasisi suhu 95% stabil pada suhu 121ºC mengirimkan hasil monitoring secara benar serta notifikasi ke aplikasi android sebagai pemberitahuan jika ada kelebihan suhu maka sensor solenoid akan membuka secara otomatis untuk mengoptimalkan suhu.
