Abstract

Pendahuluan : Ca mamae merupakan salah satu penyakit yang diderita oleh kaum perempuan, dimana dampaknya bersifat kompleks bagi penderitanya tertasma aspek psikologis, seperti wanita yang menderita ca mammae dan menjalani kemoterapi dapat memengaruhi self esteemnya, namun tingkat self esteem daapat juga berifat negative maupun positif, ha tersebut juuga dipengaruhi oleh status spiritual penderitanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan status spiritual terhadap self esteem penderita ca mammae yang menjalani kemoterapi di RS Baladhika Husada Jember Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita ca mammae yang mejalani kemoterapi siklus ke 2 sampai 6. Sampelnya sebanyak 60 responden dengan tehnik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian: hasil uji chi square didapatkan nilai p-value=0.003 dengan (p=0.05) yang memiliki makna terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status spiritual terhadap self esteem penderita ca mammae yang menjalani kemoterapi di RS Baladhika Husada Jember Kesimpulan : Status spiritual yang baik dapat menigkatkan self esteem yang positif pada penderita ca mammae yang menjalani kemoterapi Saran: perawat sebagai orang yang ekat dengan pasien diharapkan dapat meberikan dan memenuhi asuhan keperawatan dalam aspek spiritual sehingga nantinya akan berdampak positif terhadap self esteem pasien penderita ca mammae. Kata Kunci: Status Spiritual, Self Estem, Ca Mammae
