The purpose of this research is a .mapping of the profile creative industries, especially at
the level FJte1:forn:mnce of the BSC, government policy and its coniribution to the regional
economy. The method used is descriptilJlnethod qualitative and quantitative survey techniques to populations of creative industries. The results oi this study_ concluded that the profile of
creative industries 'n the financial perspective on aspects of the last stages of .maturil:y and is still not good . Jn the perspective of the customer that the customer satisfaction rate reached
62.67 %, relatively constant .loyalty, the market segment is more dominant mature age, height and sex education perempun and new customer growth tends to rise slowly. Jn addition; the internal business process perspective as mtJch as 65.33 % creative industries to innovate, but operations have fluctuated MCE. Creative industries .largely inaction sales trends despite damage to goods tend to rise. Jn the perspective of growth and learning that the level of productivity, motivation and ability of information systems lab1Dends to rise.
