Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam gassa Jaya Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan mnggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang karyawan/pegawai Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Gassa Jaya Bondowoso. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan serta lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Gassa jaya Bondowoso. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kepuasan Kerja. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical work environment and non physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees of Savings and Loans Cooperation Jaya Bondowoso. This research used survey method with mnggunakan primary data obtained from questionnaire. The sample in this research is 32 employees / employees of Savings Cooperative Gassa Jaya Bondowoso. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The analysis used included the test of the research instrument (test of validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis test (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). Data is processed using IBM SPSS 21. Result of research indicate that physical work environment have a significant positive effect to employee job satisfaction, non physical work environment have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction and physical work environment and non physical work environment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of employees of Savings and Loans Cooperative Gassa Jaya Bondowoso .
