Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Citra Merek, Harga, E-Servqual pada Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Di Situs Tokopedia. Jenis penelitian menggunakan explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Tokopedia di Jember. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Citra Merek, Harga, E-Servqual berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Ulang dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening pada Situs Tokopedia di Jember.
