Abstract

ABSTRAK Demam thypoid merupakan penyakit infeksi akut usus halus yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Salmonella typhi. Bakteri ini menyerang saluran pencernaan dan menimbulkan gejala demam lebih dari 1 minggu. Sekitar 17 juta kasus demam thypoid terjadi diseluruh dunia pada tahun 2017, jumlah kematian setiap tahun adalah 600.000 kasus. Secara umum kejadian demam thypoid dilaporkan 75% terjadi pada usia <30 tahun. Didapatkan prevelensi di Provinsi Jawa Timur pada tahun (2017) kejadian demam thypoid, di puskesmas dan dibeberapa Rumah sakit masing-masing 4000 dan 10000 kasus perbulan. Dengan angka kematian 0,8%. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Rumah Sakit Daerah Balung pada bulan Oktober 2020 didapatkan kasus demam thypoid yang masih tinggi yaitu sebanyak 9 anak dalam 2 minggu, 4 anak diantaranya dirawat selama >1minggu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis dan memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan kasus thypoid menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan proses asuhan keperawatan. Hasil: terdapat 3 diagnosis yaitu hipertermi, nyeri akut, dan diare. Rencana tindakan dilakukan sesuai dengan standar intervensi keperawatan Indonesia dan juga menyesuaikan keadaan pasien. Kesimpulan: hasil evaluasi terdapat 2 tujuan yang belum tercapai. Kata kunci: Diare, hipertermi, nyeri akut Abstract Typhoid fever is an acute infection of the small intestine caused by the bacterium Salmonella typhi. These bacteria attack the digestive tract and cause symptoms of fever for more than 1 week. Around 17 million cases of typhoid fever occurred worldwide in 2017, the number of deaths each year is 600,000 cases. In general, the incidence of typhoid fever is reported to be 75% occurring at the age of <30 years. The prevalence in East Java Province in (2017) was the incidence of typhoid fever, in puskesmas and in several hospitals, respectively, 4000 and 10000 cases per month. With a mortality rate of 0.8%. Based on data obtained from the Balung Regional Hospital in October 2020, cases of typhoid fever were still high, namely 9 children in 2 weeks, 4 of them were treated for >1 week. The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide nursing care to patients with typhoid cases using a nursing process approach. This research method uses nursing care process. Results: there were 3 diagnoses, namely hyperthermia, acute pain, and diarrhea. The action plan is carried out in accordance with Indonesian nursing intervention standards and also adjusts to the patient's condition.
