Abstract

ABSTRAK Hipertensi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik sedikitnya 140 mmHg atau tekanan diastolik sedikitnya 90 mmHg, dan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang besar. Oleh karena itu hipertensi membutuhkan perawatan yang tepat dan optimal, tidak hanya dari peran perawat tetapi peran keluarga juga sangat penting karena hipertensi memberikan dampak negatif terhadap fisik, psikologis, ekonomi, dan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan kasus hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ledokombo Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 2 februari hingga 11 Februari tahun 2021. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan proses asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, analisis data, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil: terdapat 3 diagnosis prioritas sesuai hasil scoring yaitu risiko jatuh, manajemen kesehatan keluarga tidak efektif, dan nyeri akut . Rencana tindakan dibuat sesuai dengan standar intervensi keperawatan Indonesia dan juga menyesuaikan keadaan pasien. Tindakan keperawatan dilakukan tanpa ada kesulitan karena keluarga kooperatif untuk mendengarkan perawat. Kesimpulan: hasil evaluasi masalah teratasi. Kata kunci:, Risiko jatuh, manajemen kesehatan keluarga, nyeri akut Abstract Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of at least 140 mmHg or diastolic pressure of at least 90 mmHg, and is still a major health problem. Therefore, hypertension requires proper and optimal treatment, not only from the role of nurses but also from the role of the family, because hypertension has a negative impact on physical, psychological, economic, and social. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care for families with hypertension cases in the working area of the Ledokombo Public Health Center, Jember Regency. This research was conducted from February 2 to February 11, 2021. This research method uses the nursing care process, namely assessment, data analysis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Results: there are 3 priority diagnoses according to the scoring results, namely the risk of falling, ineffective family health management, and acute pain. The action plan is made in accordance with Indonesian nursing intervention standards and also adjusts to the patient's condition. Nursing actions were carried out without any difficulties because the family was cooperative to listen to the nurse. Conclusion: the results of the evaluation of the problem are resolved.
