Abstract

Abstrak Perencanaan dermaga militer adalah salah satu progam sarana dan prasarana, khususnya bidang pertahanan dan keamanan. Sampai dengan tahun 2021, Situbondo belum memiliki Dermaga yang dapat disandari KRI. Dihadapkan kondisi di atas maka diperlukan pembangunan fasilitas labuh dermaga yang memenuhi standar TNI AL. Dalam perencanaan dermaga sangat di pengaruhi oleh data teknik kepantaian antara lain, pasang surut, gelombang, angin, arus dan data batymetri. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka penulis akan melakukan analisis dalam bentuk Tugas Akhir yang berjudul “Studi Tentang Dermaga Type Warf Untuk Pelabuhan Militer Di Situbondo”. Kapal yang akan berlabuh adalah kapal KRI Klas Arun tipe tanker BCM 12.000 DWT sehingga membutuhkan panjang dermaga 353,4 m dan lebarnya 186,9 m. Hasil analisis pasang surut dan gelombang, diperoleh elevasi HWL adalah 2,92 m. Digunakan Jenis dermaga type warf. Untuk perhitungan strukturnya, dermaga ini menggunakan beton bertulang untuk struktur utamanya. Untuk pondasi, menggunakan tiang pancang tipe “ASTM A252 Spiral Welded Pipe” dengan dimensi 600 mm dan kedalaman pemacangan 13 m dan 15 m. Jenis fender yang digunakan adalah fender karet “V Seibu” dan bollard yang digunakan adalah bollard berkapasitas 100 ton. Keywords: Analisis data, struktur, pondas, fender dan bollard. Abstract Military dock planning is one of the facilities and infrastructure programs, especially in the field of defense and security. Until 2021, Situbondo does not yet have a dock that KRIs can lean on. Faced with the above conditions, it is necessary to build a dock anchorage facility that meets the TNI AL standards. In planning the pier is strongly influenced by coastal engineering data, among others, tides, waves, wind, currents and bathymetry data. With these problems, the author will conduct an analysis in the form of a Final Project entitled "Study on Type Warf Piers for Military Ports in Situbondo". The ship that will be docked is the KRI Klas Arun tanker type BCM 12,000 DWT so it requires a pier length of 353.4 m and a width of 186.9 m. The results of the analysis of tides and waves, obtained the HWL elevation is 2.92 m. Used Warf type dock type. For structural calculations, this pier uses reinforced concrete for the main structure. For the foundation, using the type of pile “ASTM A252 Spiral Welded Pipe” with dimensions of 600 mm and a pile depth of 13 m and 15 m. The type of fender used is a "V Seibu" rubber fender and the bollard used is a bollard with a capacity of 100 tons. Keywords: Data analysis, structure, foundation, fenders and bollards.
