Abstract

ABSTRAK
Hernia merupakan penonjolan isi suatu rongga bagian terlemah dari bagian muskuloaponeurotik dinding perut, hernia terdiri atas cincin, kantong dan isi hernia. Riset Kesehatan Daerah pada tahun 2017 di Indonesia, hernia merupakan penyakit urutan kedua setelah batu saluran kemih sebanyak 2.245 kasus hernia. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Rumah Sakit Daerah Balung dalam 6 bulan terakhir dari bulan Januari-Juni 2021 didapatkan kasus 33 kasus post.op hernia ingunalis lateralis(HIL), dan rata-rata dirawat selama 3-4 hari. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis dan memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan kasus post.op hernia mengguankan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan proses asuhan keperawatan. Hasil: terdapat 3 diagnosis yaitu nyeri akut, gangguan mobilitas fisik dan risiko infeksi. Rencana tindakan dilakukan sesuai dengan standar intervensi keperawatan Indonesia dan juga menyesuaikan keadaan pasien. Kesimpulan: hasil evaluasi semua tujuan tercapai.

Abstract
Hernia is a protrusion of the contents of a cavity, the weakest part of the musculoaponeurotic part of the abdominal wall, the hernia consists of rings, pockets and the contents of the hernia. Regional Health Research in 2017 in Indonesia, hernia is the second order disease after urinary tract stones as many as 2,245 hernia cases. Based on data obtained from the Balung Regional Hospital in the last 6 months from January-June 2021, 33 cases of post-op lateral inguinal hernia (HIL) were found, and the average was treated for 3-4 days. The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide nursing care to patients with post-op hernia cases using a nursing process approach. This research method uses nursing care process. Results: there are 3 diagnoses, namely acute pain, impaired physical mobility and risk of infection. The action plan is carried out in accordance with Indonesian nursing intervention standards and also adjusts to the patient's condition. Conclusion: the results of the evaluation of all objectives were achieved.
